You will fall in love with this air-conditioned two unit family home right on the beach. You and your family/friends will have easy on and off access to the private neighborhood beach with everything just steps away back at the house.
There is also South Village beach to the left along the water (public beach) and West Dennis beach to the right (public beach). You won't have a single worry besides picking a spot on one of the beaches and making sure everyone is lathered with sunscreen before running on the beach!
The house is a true two unit home. There is a separate upstairs unit and a downstairs unit which only have exterior access to one other. It sleeps 12-14 with 5 bedrooms, 2 pullout couches, 3 full baths, and 2 outdoor showers. We can not accommodate groups larger than 14 (with no more than 12 being adults) or any functions that involve more than 14 people.
There are two private outdoor showers that are perfect for those summer days to rinse off the sand, and is also refreshing at night under the stars after a full day at the beach.
It is also just a short walk down the beach to the Lighthouse Inn which has jet skiing, a water trampoline, and kayaking/paddle boarding - all just steps away.
There are two gas grills for the house (propane provided) for plenty of BBQs. There are also two decks, one off of each unit, with tables and chairs for family dinners and gorgeous views of the sunsets over the ocean.
There are plenty of puzzles, games, and beach toys provided at the house. Wifi and flat screens are also featured and can come in handy on a drizzly day if the puzzles and games have been exhausted. Nothing like a family movie night at the Cape!
Linens and towels are not provided, but everything else is provided and for your use (bedspreads, pillows, extra blankets, basic condiments, etc.). If you are unable to bring linens or towels, please reach out to us and we can speak further to help arrange them for you.
We have a no smoking policy and a no pet policy. We are sorry we can not accommodate pets.
Our family takes pride in renting our home and providing a wonderful experience for our guests so we are very responsive and also provide a welcome packet of our favorite local restaurants and activities in the area and on the Cape for your family to explore.
You will love our home for your Cape vacation, and your only regret will be that you didn't book a longer stay.

First time renters must provide a $500 security deposit which will be returned within 48 hours of check-out pending no damage.
Weekly rental rates listed above do not include taxes. As of January 1st, 2019, all Massachusetts short term rentals will incur state and local taxes of 12.45%. These taxes will be added to the weekly rental rate at lease signing.

The downstairs unit features two bedrooms and two full baths - both newly remodeled as of 2017. Each bedroom features a queen bed. One bedroom has an attached bath, and the other bathroom is off the living room area. The spacious living room features a full size pullout sofa bed in the leather couch as well. The downstairs unit sleeps 6.

The upstairs unit consists of three bedrooms; one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, one bedroom with two twin beds, and there is a pullout sofa in the spacious living room. The upstairs unit sleeps 8. There is a beautifully remodeled bathroom, and the kitchen has also been remodeled this past fall and is simply breathtaking. If you like to cook, you will LOVE this kitchen. You will have a perfect view of the ocean while you are cooking for the people you love!
